Look real close at the drivers side linkage of the carbs them selves, 
not the linkage joining the 2 carbs,  GM carbs shouldnt have the tab 
that juts out to the side horizonally to the ground off the top of the 
arm on the shaft.

The bakelite choke housing can easily be GM, the solid fuel lines maybe 
also.
