The correct part number for a non-AC, non-Hi Altitude 300F radiator is 1903 
 356.  The hi alt is 357 and the AC is 358.  The 2099 908 core number  is 
assigned to the 1962 Chrysler New Yorker and Imperial without AC, according  
to my parts book.
The non-AC 300F radiator has the number embossed in a separate piece of  
metal which is then soldered in a flat slightly depressed formation on the top 
 tank.
