Hi All,
Just a short note on the brake lines. You will need to know if the calipers / master cylinder
are threaded for metric or SAE / Imperial. Brake lines and fittings available in Germany are
likely to be metric - you may need to source SAE or imperial sizes to fit that old Cryco. Metric
fittings may seem to want to thread into SAE threads, but for sure you will mess up the threads
and you’ll have leaks. Charlie in Ottawa

straight lines from a local auto parts store. You  will need extra fittings, a 

tube bending tool, a double-flaring  tool  and a good tube cutter, usually also 

available at the parts  store.  DO NOT buy stainless steel tubing as it is 

too hard to work with.  After all, your steel lines have lasted 50 years, 

will you last that much  longer?
