[Chrysler300] Invitation to The Chrysler 300 Club, Inc. Spring Fling in Las Vegas

 To the Officers and Members of the Chrysler 300 Club International, Inc.:

 All members of the Chrysler 300 Club International are encouraged to 
 attend the meets of that club.  If time and distance will not allow 
 attendance at the Chattanooga or Golden meets this year, all members are
cordially 
 invited to join us in our spring meet in Las Vegas which is being held 
 April 12-15 in conjunction with the big MoPars at the Strip (MATS) show.
Since 
 attendees at the MATS show are required to register and pay to get in 
 to those festivities we have waived the registration fee for our meet 
 for members of either or both Chrysler 300 clubs.  As noted below, we hope
to
 get some additional discounts for members of either club.   We have been
 advised that the best of the best 300's entered and judged on Friday 
 will be considered for display that evening at the Cannery.

 CHRYSLER 300 SPRING FLING

 Greetings folks,  Just a quick reminder of and special invitation to 
 the Chrysler 300 Club, Inc. Spring Fling 2012 at The Orleans Hotel and 
 Casino in fabulous Las Vegas Nevada. The cutoff date on the group room 
 rates is March 12, 2012.  We need to get our reservations in there 
 fast.  We are going to have some fun at this meet with no heavy schedule to
keep.

 I believe Mystere' at Treasure Island is sold out. Many other shows 
 are available in Las Vegas.

 In an effort to offset MATS registration cost and fuel prices, the CHRYSLER

 300 CLUB, INC. has decided to waive the $25.00 registration fee for 
 the 300 SPRING FLING. Refunds will be made to those of you who have 
 already paid the fee.

 We would love to see you at MoPars at the Strip at the Las Vegas Motor 
 speedway on Saturday. A fun Caravan/Cruise from our host hotel of 17 
 miles on I-15 to Exit 54 is a short commute.  A concert at the Cannery
Hotel 
 is available for MoPar at the strip participants. Again, there is 
 secured parking behind the Cannery for MoPars only.  We will not have 
 judging at the speedway,  Our club will pass out ballots for Popular 
 Choice awards. If you would like your car to be judged by MoPars at 
 the Strip there is an optional fee paid to them for this, along with 
 their entry fee.  They will find your car to judge it.  The rest of us 
 will all register as a fun field display only.

 We are working on some additional discounts for attendees to be announced
 later if and when they arrive.   Registration at MoPars at the Strip may be
 completed at the gate, however, there may be a discount offered for 
 pre-registration.  The MoPars At The Strip website is at:

 Hotel with new and up to date information on the Banquet and Car Show.
