Hi Jim, 

I just measured a spare original H wheel and I get approx. 4-1/8 inches. 

I assume that the back spacing is the measurement from the back of the wheelcenter to the back of the rim. 

  

I see that you also have an H and a 300 Sport. 

Tell me more about the Max Wedge engine - year, displacement, HP, carbs, etc.

Can any one tell me what the back spacing is on a H rim that is 15"? Am 
looking to get a set of rims for my 62 sport and want 15" rims. I have 
istalled disc brake kit from AAJ Brakes.
