[Chrysler300] 1956 300B Steering Problems: Need help, anyone have tool C3445

Hello to all: This is in reference to my power steering problem.

It appears, per the service manual, I have a "control valve" out of adjustment. My problem is steering wheel torques to left on start up of car. And it's a "hard" torque. Per all I can determine the service manual says to adjust the control valve.

After searching the internet, I found an adjustment procedure on the Imperial web site. Seems more straight forward than the service manual, but it advises you need tool C 3445 to do this adjustment. It can be done with the steering column/box in the car.

    Anyone have experience doing this?

Anyone have the tool or a substitute or drawing or idea what this tool entails? Maybe I can make one if I knew what it looks like.

This steering issue is my last hurdle (hopefully) to getting "Brutal" on the road (my wife's name for the car).

I'll take any advice I can get, as looking at the cutaway of the steering box/system I dread trying to rebuild it as I know I'll get it apart and never get it back together again.

All comments appreciated.
