[Chrysler300] Originality

How original should a letter car be ? My 64k was painted red before I got it. And I would like to put AC in it { Florida }. Should I put stock air temp in it out something that could cool me down on a hot Florida day ?
I have a black top that came with the car but am going to trade it with Spires for a white one, like it came with.
I know it shows dirt, but black is hot and I have white seats.

My 63 New Yorker has original paint and interior. I did ad a trunk remote and a AM/FM out of an other 63 as well as 63 Salon hub caps.
Rarer than 63J caps...
All can be taken off in less than a 1/2 a day to get the car stock.

So with the 300K should it go back to green ? Or since reds a much more saleable color am I ok ?
