Fern, et al,
I purchased a pair of NORS dual strut mirrors from Jay Fisher in N.J.
about 7 yrs. ago. Waited 10 months and paid $$$ but well worth it. I had
the same experience with the passenger side mirror. Jay exchanged it for
another and had reworked it so that there was greater adjustment range. I
mounted the mirror using NutSerts since I had no confidence in the sheet
metal screws holding these gems in place. I can rely on the passenger side
mirror to allow me to see in the right rear 3/4 blind spot which helps
greatly but is not a visual arc like a modern mirror for that side. At
least I can use it for that limited range. 300'ly, Rob Kern

Mine adjusted OK, but because of its position I still couldn't see a
wide enough angle of traffic to feel comfortable. I paid a whole
buckninetynine for a round, sticky-back convex mirror and slapped that
on there. Looks a tad un-factory but the safety gain is huge.
