I had a similar problem with my H power window harness window(s) would 
not get power. After days of trying to solve the problem i found one 
wire, int the wrapped harness to (or from?) the center console, under 
the rear carpet, had corroded into powder within its plastic sheeth. I 
traced this by poking a pointed probe into the individual wires, along 
the (unwrapped harness) until i found the dead spot.  I, to this day, do 
not understand how moisture got into this wire at the one spot to 
corrode the wire into nothing.
