Just because a car sells at auction for one price, doesn't always mean that's what you would pay for another similar car privately. Good sense seems to go out the window when bidders make an auction into a pissing contest.

I always have to laugh when Craig Jackson states a car is worth far more than where it's stalled at....a car is always only worth what someone is willing to pay for it at any given time. If the youth of today continue to ignore old cars, the values will only go down as baby boomers pass on.
