[Chrysler300] REAR WINDOW ADVICE

Hello Group,
I looking for some advice.  I need to remove the rear window on my 300H project car.  My concern is that over the years the window has been "sealed" into the weather stripping pretty completely.  I spent 2 hours with a fiber pry and have more or less separated the weatherstrip from the glass on both the inside and outside of the car.  I haven't tried yet to push it out yet but I'm afraid it is not going to come out easy.  I think it is still fastened to the weatherstrip.
So with all the sealant in it, I'm wondering if the weatherstrip is reusable?  I'm wondering if the best course of action is to cut it to get the window out.  That is assuming there is a source of new weatherstrip.  I really don't want to break the window.  .
I would appreciate any advice people are willing to offer.
Thanks in advanced,
Joe Williams
