Didn't Granatelli do the twin superchargers on a Studebaker Avanti? Doing it on a 300C would be very interesting, you'd need to have both carbs running together. Twin superchargers on a Long Ram would be even better. It would be a little crowded under the hood. However the curb appeal would astronomical to say the least. Both are doable, I will add one of them to my bucket list.
