You might try an art supply store.  That is where I found my thin  copper.  
Didn't have to buy as large a quantity as Jean-yves.  The "F"  horn still 
works fine.

The thin copper strip that wraps around the rubber insulator  at the 

bottom and grounds the steering column.

Anyone have a  source for this??
