[Chrysler300] oil pressure line to instrument cluster

Does anyone know how to go about replacing the hose and fitting for the oil
pressure gauge for the 57 Chryslers?
I'm just thinking ahead, as I believe mine to be original and knowing that
it is 56 years old tells me I should be thinking of what to do about
getting something newer from the engine to my interior.
I have similar thoughts about the a/c control, which for some bizarre
reason Chrysler decided to drive the door/flap with oil pressure instead of
vacuum or just some mechanical means.
Those old hoses running through my interior behind/under the dash with
engine oil pressure in them makes me nervous.
Any thoughts?
