[Chrysler300] Power Window Switches 300D

My power window switches get a buildup of black carbon so much that they stop working &

I have to clean the switch  contacts every couple months depending on how much I drive the car & use the window switches

I have tried using dielectric grease on the contacts but this does not help

Does anybody else have this issue & solution as far as anything that could be applied to the contacts to help reduce this issue

Thank You
