I have had very good, long lasting results from an exhaust manifold paste
that Eastwood sell. It is not a gloss and keeps the cast iron looking right
without rust. I sand blasted them and then rubbed the product in liberally.
It keeps that dark grey - dull color.

While I have the exhaust off the F I want to sandblast and paint them.

What, if anything, have others used for this job?

Interested in results and long life.

Not interested in sending tem off somewhere.

 

Still looking for input on routing of transmission cooler lines on a J or
Ram K.

How about one of you J owners raising the hood and let me know if they lay
on top

Of the header support or are routed under it please.
