Hi Rich, The remote control bezel with the lever (looks the same as the right side) was mounted to the right and in line with of the bottom of the glove box door.

Hi Gil,

Recently there was a 1962 Sport Coupe on EBay that had a remote right mirror (confirmed by pictures).

Would this have been a dealer installed option?

Just a note of clarification.  Right side mirrors were not available from the factory from 1960 thru 1964.  There is no sales/option code for them to be ordered from the factory.
