Hi Dan:  If you use the tranny out of a 1962 chrysler, everything will work fine.  Fern

I would like to switch to a later model aluminum torqeflite. I have access to a pushbutton torqueflite from a ?64 Dodge.

The problem is that the newer trans has a ?Park? pawl and no e-brake assembly on the tail shaft. Has anyone solved this issue/opportunity before? Thanks! Dan
