Just to be clear, I believe you are referring to the vacuum check valve installed on the vacuum supply line between the intake manifold and the remote power brake booster on a ram K.  I have never attempted to purchase one myself as my ram K already has one, but I am sure you could go to any "good" auto parts store and they will find you something that will work.  Vacuum check valves are a common item.

Does anyone know where to source one of the elusive little white check valves that are unique to the ram engine cars, I do not know if the prior long ram engines use the same check valve, it is part number 2401870.
