Re: [Chrysler300] G head/cylinder volume

Hi Rick,  I have all that information from when I built my F engine.  But the only problem was I bored the block out  and I polished the heads and that causes the readings to be a little different than stock.  I will share everything with you if that will help you.    Let me know.  Gary Barker

I’d like to calculate the effect of some engine modifications and pulling a head is not on my short to intermediate term to-do list.

Does anyone know or know of a source for the volume of the combustion chamber in the cylinder head (cylinder head volume) and that of the cylinder (VTDC and VBDC volumes) for a stock G engine?  Are the stock pistons on this engine flat topped? I’ll use a head gasket thickness of .020” based on what I believe is a stock steel gasket.

Thanks in advance.
