Re: [Chrysler300] 300J For Sale

All:
I was very surprised and saddened to hear that Robert Badyna had passed away.  I worked with him for about four years at Chrysler's Lynch Road Assembly Plant in Detroit.  Bob was an engineer in the Plant Facilities Department and I was an engineer in Plant Product Engineering.  If memory serves, he was there when I arrived during the 1969 model build out (B-body Plymouths and Dodges) and remained there about 4 yours later when I transferred to Central Engineering at Highland Park.  He was a very nice, friendly, fellow.  I think I may have had some input in getting him interested in 300s as my drive to work car was a 300F convertible.  (I don't know if that was a favor!!)  He used to also own a white 300G hardtop---now still owned by a Club member.
Once again, very sorry to hear of Bob's passing. Carol and I send our condolences to his family and friends.
300ly, Gil Cinningham
