[Chrysler300] 64 VS 63 FAN CLUTCH

Thanks for the  letters , club members,  concerning AC for 64, stats, and motor mounts.
1- I had to shim front motor mounts almost 1/4" for the 7 blade fan to clear the shroud.
Brother Don is having a set made at Now and Then in Weymouth, MA.
2- Replaced 160 with 180 stat.
3- trips to local Napa were fruitless for new thermal clutch unit.
4- Brother Jamie gave the Hayden 2765 number which slips right into his J.
   So,
5- My last trip to Napa was to return a 440 unit. which was too long in overall length.
6-The fluid clutch replacement was as tight s the one I removed from the pump.

The overall height is a mil over 3".
The one for the J is 2.03 overall height, which Napa found

The original 4 blade fan and new 2 core radiator & goose neck are stored, as they are OEM.
Will find out if Mr. Napa can deliver.

Thanks for all the stories and heads up!

Dave in VA.
