After you have replaced​ your switch you may want to install a relay kit that will remove the high current load from the switch and provide power to the lights through 40 amp compact relays.  I sell the kits with relays, wiring, and instructions for $45 including shipping to US locations.  The instructions are specific to a G but are easily adaptable to others.
