[Chrysler300] 1955 Chrysler / Data Plate

  Hello guys,

  I'm hoping someone can answer the following questions:

1.) On the stamped Data Plate,   is the "SPL-EO" number always the VIN number?  Or does if differ from the VIN number?

2.) Under the "Item" section, my tag has  1516   3B303.  Does anyone know what items these are?
