I did not push it around and the rear end is out now.
Is the problem only driving it, using the trans? Right!
I have driven it in gear on jack stands with no problems.

You didn't make it clear if the car locked up while using it's own power or just pushing it.
With the drive-shaft dropped or out, did or does the car ROLL OK?
If so, you have eliminated front and rear brakes and rear end.

Now, the drive-shaft, emergency brake and trans are involved.
With it up in the air, in Neutral, have some help turn the rear wheels and see if it happens.
If so, you might be able to hear where the problem is, what's hitting/jamming.
Having fun yet??? Ray
