That looks like it also has LOKAR throttle and kick down cables. I have used those. (look at drivers carb) Looks like he is pulling on drivers carb, throttle one, old crossover linkage then opens passenger. Then LOKAR makes a kit for 727, you have to think about this, but as throttle opens it pulls(not pushes) on that cable, so it wraps around overtop of 727, makes a U turn, then pulls backwards on 727 throttle lever. When throttle opens . ( normal factory stuff pushes on it) Can be tricky to set up the movement ratios. But only answer if stock throttle linkages, including kick down missing or not adaptable to a new setup. Car not very attractive, (to me anyway) but some good thinking there. Looks like maybe no booster ? One answer to that problem too.
