George,  someone got a HELL of a buy.  Looked at the G this afternoon at BJ ( beyond a 3 ring circus) and from what I could determine the car presented as a Very $$$ restoration.  

At first glance thought it was black.  The indoor lighting is not the best to view a car (by design, maybe?).   Took a few minutes and realized not black, but black cherry.

For $80K you could repaint and still be ahead.  For me color was fine and would not change.

If the car drives as good as it looks,  then as I previously stated, Someone Got a HELL of a Buy.

Classic case of "If I Only Knew."
