RE: [Chrysler300] Chrysler Turbine Engine for sale

Way interesting! Love the 727 screwed onto it. Did not know that before..

I stood behind one of these, about 63 , on the street; It in a bronze colored wild looking coupe --I was looking at it for 20 minutes in front of the Boston RMV office ; it was idling, tremendous amount of heat comes out from back of car.

Way cool thing.. But --for under maybe 600hp, a diesel murders a gas turbine ..maybe twice as good MPG, same fuel. Gas turbines maybe 5-10x the cost too, if under 1000 HP, see diesel Jetta, or 240D, vs smallest airplane turbine (Pilatus) . I had a 240D, you drive with your heel resting on the gas pedal..but 35-40mpg.

I am involved in a new small turbo Diesel 4 stroke aircraft engine: I am very proud of it, 350HP. Flat 8. See EPS systems. Good ole USA innovation!! Fits on the old continental falst six bolts...Light twin, range goes up 20%, no gasoline hazard, no loss of power to 25 k feet.

PS read on our site about the Full Jeweled book, Russ Hamilton, did not know about that, bought it. All about race 300B, Up last night till 3AM reading it. What a great book. AAAA+++
