Hi Gary,
Go to the Club website and click on Tech Articles. “Installing seat belts in a '57 <http://simplexco.com/auto/cbelt/index.html> ” by Bob Merritt
 
This is a great article on how to install seat belts in your 300C. I am sure that seat belts were not an option for a 300C.
 
I have black seat belts which I purchased from Cadillac back in the 1960’s.
