RE: [Chrysler300] spring inside 64 k convertible

Agreed, John

Some are plastic w/a dished portion for the handle to sit in, but then again, these may be for later models.

I might add that the small end of the spring goes towards the outside and the larger faces the back side of the panel and should be about the same size and the washer. My flat washers have always been metal.

They hold the door panel away from the inner door and goes under the inner
door handle and also under the window crank in the case of non-P/W
Should be a plastic flat washer also involved there.

Hi all,
Anyone out there have a picture or known how that coil spring inside the
door goes and where it attaches? Any help would be great.
