Re: [Chrysler300] G Door Panel

Hi Val,
The handle itself has a lock screw that secures it to the regulator. You can see it if you look down between the window fuzzy. Loosen it and remover the rest of the screws, and you can pop off the panel. Then you can remove the handle and bezel assembly. The rattling is likely caused by the rear window guide more than anything else. The original covering comes off over time leaving the window loose in the track. Gary Goers has the material for it. It needs to be glued in place, and that can be a job in itself. I uses pieces of wood that just fit inside the track, and a vise after the glue is applied. This makes sure the material is all the way to the bottom of the track. Spray on upholstery cement works best.

  Hi All,
Going to replace the bushings and washers to stop the rattling of the front windows when down. So here's the question: It appears you take out the screws of the chrome grab piece and then slide up and over the door handle to facilitate removing the trim panel ? Please advise.

                                                     Thanks,
