Rich, Even the correct spelling. I think the weapons delivery system for the B-52 was a secret Chrysler endeavor. The project was started about 64 years ago. The head engineer's best friend was Charles Mervine, father of the Power Flite.

60 years ago, today.  Operation Power Flite: I would think this would be copyright infringement.   I wonder if the planes had a shifter on the dash?  With R for thrust reversal?

Operation Power Flite was a United States Air Force mission in which three Boeing B-52 Stratofortresses became the first jet aircraft to circle the world nonstop ...
