I enjoyed Phil immensely and his passion for the Navy and his taste in classic cars.  I grew up 7 miles from where Phil was raised and we shared many  fond memories of the Albany Capital District from the view of children growing up in the land of another Chrysler 300C enthusiast...Governor Nelson Rockefeller.  I will miss many a chuckle and technical conversations we had.  My thoughts and prayers are with his family.  Rob Kern

Phil attended many meets and was quite active in the club.

 

I will remember him for his B, for his enthusiasm, and his handle bar moustache.
