Thanks - that does seem to be the consensus.  I got a new one from Gary, but I couldn't get my old clips to hold on the center four locations.  It looks like the with the cross member on the hood, the hole is too deep for the clip to grab.  Any ideas?

I have 1962 300 convertible and was going to install my new seal, but I don't know which direction it is supposed to mount.  I have seen it installed with the flap to the rear of the clips, but I don't see how that would help push air into radiator.  Any help would be welcome.
