Re: [Chrysler300] Which Tires for my 64 300K Vert?

As I recall 300K had 8.50-14 (28.3 in nominal diameter) - replaced by 225/75R14 no longer available - suggest you go with the 235/75R14 (28.3 nominal diameter) if you are willing to pay the price

The 215/75R14 are equivalent to 8.00-14 but somewhat smaller diameter - and with more load capacity  - Typical 215/75R14 is about 26.7 inch OD with 1664 pounds load capacity.

Largest production tires in 14 inch are P215/75R14 narrow whitewall Hankook H724 at about $70 a piece from Discount Tire Direct.

Looking to replace the blackwalls that my 64 300K vert  had on it with the 1" white wall radial tires available from American Classic.  My question is which size - the P215/75 R14 or the P235/75R14?  Which would be the best for ride and looks?
