[Chrysler300] G driveshaft

Just a follow-up on the posting I made a week or so ago about boot failure on my G driveshaft.  It seems as though I’m not the only one experiencing the modern boots failing.  I decided to have a new driveshaft made with the modern flange joint, and replace the entire shaft, the cost was $410, a bit more than just replacing the front joint, but now I still have the original for posterity or a concours judged show.  Thanks for the feedback from all those that commented, the car runs great now, no vibration, and one less headache in my lifelong love affair with the black beauty.
