Re: [Chrysler300] Anti chatter springs

Hello,
Dave’s email reminded me of my recent cruise to our Newport Meet in my F. Eastbound in central Indiana, I passed a triple-tandem semi at high speed, and heard a knock sound. Everything seemed fine, so I kept driving, thinking I may have encountered road debris. Slowing down at the east end IN and the west end OH tollbooths, I heard a scraping sound from the right rear. I stopped and looked under the car but didn’t see issues. I mentioned this to John Begian when we met up near Toledo, and he advised we keep driving. By the east end of OH the scraping noise was gone.
Fast forward to today and Dave’s email, I pulled my right rear wheel and, sure enough, the spring has gone AWOL. Now added to my current needs list.
