[Chrysler300] Update on 61Gwindow issue

I confused things by asking about window install when the issue was with the regulator and motor...Needless to say I have  a lot to learn.  Thanks to Scott D who phoned me and provided on the spot instruction as well as pictures and to John G and Bob J for their valuable information regarding reference materials.  A huge thank you to you all.  We have now conquered this particular challenge.
