On occasion, Mopar wiper motors don't park because the 'ground' to the switch has been lost.  Perhaps put a jumper from a good ground to the switch before taking all that stuff off the car.

     I'm looking for a variable speed wiper motor for my 62 300.  Actually, mine still works but won't park.  So all I really need is the plastic park cam. If someone has a bad wiper motor that might have a good park cam in it, that would be perfect.
