If it’s councours you want, I don’t have an answer.  But if it’s a tidy, oh-so-near match, I’ve had an upholstery shop match up the colour and ‘close to’ the weave and cut, sew the tape and install them on the original panel.  I didn’t want to try and match the side panels to the seats so that was how i handled it.
