Thank you for the info! Yeah, that was what I was thinking also. It appears the carpet in the car now is a "3 piece". I have a 4 door sedan set  I bought several years back, but I haven't tried to drop it in yet. Maybe I can refurb that third piece under the rear seat, and make it work. Thanks again!

I had a '63 New Yorker wagon a number of years ago and discovered that the floorboards were close to identical to a four door sedan / hardtop.  The sedan carpet fit the floors perfectly.  The only modification was to cut off the portion of the original carpet from under the folding rear seat and sew it onto the new one for the sedan..
