We have to encourage signing postings.. otherwise who is writing this comes up ? Realize it is in header but often header is truncated in the actual distribution ,  first view ? Not a big deal , but it helps clarity .. John g

$700 is highway robbery. It's exploiting the hobbiest.

 

I set my limits on what I feel something is worth. And I don't fall for that 'you'll never find another one' BS. Because I always do. At a reasonable price as well.

I do not think it unusual to pay $700 for a pair of NOS lenses. It took me 15 years to find them, many years ago. 8 years for a set of G wheel covers like new. 2 years to find an anti stall dashpot. I guess it depends on how nice of restoration you want.
