Harry: Hope you are doing well. There is no separate rheostat. It is built into the headlight switch. Turning the knob all the way to the left-just short of the indent-will take the rheostat out of the circuit and give the instrument panel lights full system Voltage. Turning a little further to the left should result in a slight click/indent and turn on your courtesy and map lights. Rich Barber Doing just fine in Bay Area of CA-our county not as hard hit as some.
