Certainly true. The number I found indicates VC2 and Police, which is why I am asking. That big honker will add to mass, but would smooth thing out for torque. Like big flywheels in a Harley!
I just bead blasted the stamped pulley set up. No numbers!

well, that is rotating mass and the more there is the more energy it
takes to change its motion. SO - Lighter material revs faster!
