Re: [Chrysler300] 1964 intake manifold silencer pads

When we come out of hibernation, and assuming this G is still in the Hinsdale building, I’ll need to check it out. Hinsdale is the next town over from me.

Thanks Bob, I just read that article about the G with no fins.   A couple of years ago I meet the son of the late owner of Lamb Chrysler Plymouth Dealer where that G was purchased. When I showed him photos of my G he remembered his father ordering that 300G back in 61' for a Doctor in West Warwick. He remembered how cool a car that was. He was a child at the time. Then he offered to buy mine, but I said no.

Issue 33 of the ENews shows the restored G.

As background to that picture is the story of fins-nofins-fins

Dave, could post that picture of the G with no fins from RI on the Facebook page? I am interested in seeing it. Some of my family is from the area where that Doctor lived and bought cars from that Chrysler dealer where that 300G was purchased. Thanks.

  Hi Dave,
Bill Rolik has these pads  for sale.
When on the site go to ENGINE, then on page 5 or 6.

Be careful, be safe and be well and have a Happy Easter.

Hi guys,

Due to current conditions, I now search thru parts inventories.

I found a set of NOS  silencer pads for the single 4 bbl
413.
I Remeber removing them when installing Edelbrock manifold.
Does anyone know if they are still available.

I also came across a picture of a 300 from RI, that the Dr had its fins removed.

But still had pieces  back in his garage, late 70's photo.

Thanks, let's all pray that this too will end well.

Dave
