[Chrysler300] 1961 Trunk deck sill repair

Hello,

Looking for some suggestions on a repair for the rear part of the trunk sill (for lack of a better word) that rusts out.  This is the area that the trunk closes on which holds the trunk seal.  It is the right side (passenger side) of the trunk lock towards the right corner of trunk opening.
