{Chrysler 300} 55 300 radio tidbits

Here is a little something I learned in the last week.

 

1956 (and Probably 55) search tune radios do not have the dial lights on the dashboard dimmer. The lights come on with the power switch and stay full brightness even as the remaining dash lights dim via the dash light switch.

 

The non- search tune radios have a separate lead for lights and they dim with the dash light switch rotation.
