Classic shade tree mechanic technique at it’s finest! Congratulations.

THANK YOU TO ALL who gave me advice on my stuck door.   Want to help you see what led to my success!

Using all your tips and looking at my drivers door, I shot so much PB blaster down my door it looks like she peed on the floor.   Key points:  1) down the top door lock rod 2) between the door and the latch and 3) near the back end of the window track.   SEE PHOTOS FOR SPRAY LOCATIONS.  After much jiggling, the lock freed up and would now unlock from the top, but the door still would not open.   So I asked my wife Tracy to don gloves and push in the outside door button while I went inside the vehicle, held the door latch in the open position, and used my shoulder to lurch at the door panel...aha moment!   Anyway, I lubed her up more and have the door part open for the week with battery cable disconnected.   Big thanks to Tracy who's strength in pushing the door button resulted in victory!

Folks,

My passenger door on my Chrysler 300 always has closed perfectly.   Last week, for some reason, it only half way closed.   In response, and without thinking, I reopened and slammed it closed.

Forgot about it for the week, and now I find the push button will not engage, the Inside door latch will not open the door, and ⁹the lock button is not fully able to move.  The door is stuck closed. Any idea what I should do?
