Something not mentioned yet are the tires.

Lift the car off the ground and spin the wheels one by one. Best observed on a balance machine.

Watch the tread and see if it wiggles. As in not run true.

The tread can be "crooked" and as the tire revolves, the tread "wanders".

This can also be caused by the belts under the treads being not laid down straight.

Speaking from experience, if the wheels bearings were tightened without backing off the brake shoe adjusters, it may have given a false sense of bearing binding, when in reality they are too loose. This can cause "tramlining" where it feels like the vehicle is slipping in and out of ruts in the asphalt.
