{Chrysler 300} Left Exhaust Manifold

I have had a power steering leak, on my ram K, at the steering box for a while.  I thought the leak was at the input seal, where the steering column attaches to the box.  I decided to tackle the problem.  It turns out the leak is from the sector shaft.  The box needs to come out.  The box is not coming out with the left exhaust manifold in place.  Someone on our list said that the exhaust manifold can be removed by removing the mounting studs and tilting the manifold up and out of the way.  Of course with the left ram intake, and a bunch of other stuff, removed.  I seem to remember that only the rear most mounting stud needs to be removed and replaced with a bolt.  Can anyone verify this?  I don’t want to make extra work for myself.  Worst case scenario, is the entire engine has to be pulled.

Thanks for any input
